12 Justice League (November)

The next instalment in Snyder’s “Justice League” series, the movie will chronicle how the Justice League was formed. Batman (Affleck) and Wonder Woman (Gadot) recruit ‘meta-humans’ including the Flash (Miller), Aquaman (Momoa) and Cyborg (Fisher). The movie will also feature the return of Superman, after his tragic death in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” (2016).

9 Kingsman: The Golden Circle (September)

Riding on the success of its 2014 sequel, "Kingsman: The Secret Service," the sleek spy thriller will see the comeback of Eggsy (Egerton) as he teams up with a Statesman Secret Agent (Tatum) from America to take on "The Golden Circle" — an evil secret group led by the notorious criminal mastermind, Poppy (Moore).

Based on the popular Stephen King horror novel of the same name, the story follows seven children from a quiet town in Maine. They fight a ghost clown known by the name 'Pennywise'. This is a remake of the eponymous 1990 movie.

7 The Dark Tower (August)

Stars: Idris Elba (pictured), Katheryn Winnick, Matthew McConaughey
Adapted from the eponymous Stephen King novel series, the film will act as a sequel to the 2007 book, “The Dark Tower VII: The Dark Tower.” Elba will take on the lead role of Gunslinger Roland Deschain, with McConaughey as Walter Padick and Winnick as Laurie Chambers.
6  Dunkirk (July)

The gritty World War II epic - which will see One Direction's Harry Styles make his big screen acting debut, tells the story of the 1940 evacuation of Dunkirk. Allied soldiers were evacuated from the French beach to save them from the clutches of the Germany army.
5 Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (July)

Based on the French sci-fi comics “Valérian and Laureline,” the story features DeHaan and Delevingne as the main characters as they investigate a galactic empire.

The third installment in the “Planet of the Apes” reboot series revolves around Caesar (Serkis) and his ape colony as they fight humans led by the Colonel (Harrelson).

After his explosive debut as Spider-Man in “Captain America: Civil War” (2016), Holland will reprise his role as the famed web-slinger as he fights against The Vulture (Keaton).

The upcoming comedy revolves around married couple Scott (Ferrell) and Kate Johansen (Poehler), as they start an illegal casino in their basement to accumulate enough money to put their daughter through college.

1 Transformers: The Last Knight (June)

Stars: Mark Wahlberg, Anthony Hopkins, Josh Duhamel, Stanley Tucci, Peter Cullen
Set to be the last “Transformers” movie directed by Bay, the movie will feature Wahlberg and Tucci reprising their roles from “Age of Extinction” (2014).
